So, I have a bunch of old Eldar models. A year or two ago I tried to clean off the paint in order to start again. It ended in metaphorical tears. I tried again last year, doing almost as much damage. I was wondering if anyone on here had any tips for reviving your old models. (By reviving I mean destroying that 12 year old style paint job and giving the warrior colours to be proud of). I’ve tried a combination of Methylated Spirits, Acetone, brushes, paper towels and time. |

For metal miniatures usually the way you said, for plastic models, I don’t really think there is a way. I just decided to go for the new models when I started back up again, mainly because my previous models were very, very old. |

I stopped collecting all those years ago because of the expense. I can’t imagine forking out the cash for more troops. Oh well, pretty sure I’d prefer Dire Avengers over Guardians anyway ! haha |
