THE RE-WRITE. (insert B-movie horror theme)


From writers to uni-students to gamers this is everybody’s worst nightmare. You have spent days or weeks (months even!) getting your army list right where you want it, either tactically or thematically. Then you take it out for a weekend of non-stop gamming carnage and get your proverbial derriere handed to you in each and every game!

Ok, so maybe my weekend wasn’t THAT bad, but winning 2 games out of 9 isn’t something to brag about. So why don’t we skip the “We had lots of fun and learnt a lot, and that’s what its all about” drivel, and fix this detestable situation.

Most gamers out there will have the energetic neurons to sit back and have a mental debrief as to what went right and what went wrong during their games. In this article I am going to go through some of my techniques and show you how I avoid some of the pitfalls of refining my army lists post game. I hope that gamers out there on the interwebs will find a shiny nugget or two in the following paragraphs but more so I hope you’ll all chime in with your own routines and tips.
